Terms of Service

Sessions are booked by appointment and paid in full at the time of booking. Your slot is held as a pending reservation until payment clears, then it is confirmed. Unpaid reservations release automatically.

Prices, hours, and availability are shown on the site and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Cancel 12 or more hours before your start time and your payment converts to a session credit good for 90 days. Cancellations inside 12 hours are non-refundable. Session packs are prepaid credits, expire one year from purchase, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full detail is in our booking and cancellation policy.

The Cage sends transactional booking texts: a confirmation when your session is booked and a reminder before it starts. You opt in by checking the consent box on the booking form; the box is not pre-checked and the booking cannot be submitted without it.

Message frequency varies with how often you book, typically two messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. Provide a mobile number you own and control.

This is a private single-cage facility at a residence. Batting and pitching involve inherent risk of injury. You participate at your own risk, you are responsible for anyone you bring with you, and minors must be accompanied by an adult. Bring your own bats and helmets, follow the posted and texted entry instructions, park on the road, and do not block the driveway.

We may end a session or decline future bookings for unsafe conduct, damage to equipment, or disregard of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, The Cage is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.
