This Privacy Policy applies to The Cage, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Shelby Craig (registered business name: Shelby Craig; d/b/a “The Cage”). “We” and “us” refer to Shelby Craig d/b/a The Cage, a private indoor batting cage business located at 114 Limerick St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, operating the websites atthecage.com and cage-calm-connector.lovable.app. It explains what we collect when you book, how we use it, and how to opt in and out of text messages. What we collect
When you create an account or book a session we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the details of your bookings and payments. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and confirm your sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments and credits, and answer questions about your reservation. We do not use your information for advertising.
Text messages and mobile information
SMS consent is optional and is never required to create an account or book a session. If you check the optional consent box when booking, we send you a booking confirmation text and a reminder text before your session. Message frequency depends on how often you book — typically two messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking — you will still receive email confirmations and reminders.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to run the site: a hosting and database provider, a payment processor for card checkout, an email provider for confirmations, and a messaging provider for text messages. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep booking, payment, and consent records as long as needed to operate the business and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.
Your choices
You can update your name and mobile number from your account page, cancel upcoming bookings under our cancellation policy, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
Children
Accounts and bookings are for adults. Minors may attend sessions when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who books on their behalf.
